Installation guide

Download the installer

Download the .exe installer.

Allow the download if prompted

If your browser shows a "Download suspicious file" warning, click "Keep" or "Allow" to proceed with the download. The file is safe — this warning appears because the installer is not yet widely distributed.

Run the installer

Double-click the installer and complete setup.

Launch DeskQ Agent

Launch from Start Menu or Desktop shortcut.

Handle SmartScreen prompt

Click More info, then click Run anyway.

Important notes

Download the installer matching your OS and CPU architecture (arm64 or x64).
Use only the latest version.
On macOS, tracking will not start until Screen Recording permission is granted and the app is restarted.
If the app is blocked by OS security warnings, use Open Anyway or the right-click Open flow.
